I have never really thought about it, but I really love October!
I miss Minnesota Octobers, when the trees are all different colors, not just yellow, and it doesn't constantly rain there either. But it is still a beautiful time, no matter where you are, and if it's a good year, October stays warm up until the end and at times, still feels like summer.
I'm just thinking about how crazy it is that all these trees outside my window change colors, shed their leaves, and in 6 months, they'll regrow all those leaves and start a cycle all over again.
It's amazing the things that I can finally appreciate with an entire day off.
